Private-public partnership project portfolio management system on the regional level

The article is devoted to the regional public private partnership project portfolio management. The paper reflects the need to create a public-private partnership project management system from the State perspective. The result of the research is public-private partnership project portfolio governance system development on the base of portfolio management system in corporate management. This system is structured; its basic elements and processes are described. The result of the system implementation by the state is an effective planning system in the sphere of private-public partnership formation, public-pri-vate partnership projects fecundity increase, the base for the effective cooperation with potential private-public partnership projects participants forming.
