High-tech manufacturing as a «new window of opportunity» in the post-crisis economy

The article discusses aspects of industrial development based on advanced production technologies under the new industrialization of the economy and global competition. Carried out comparative, structural and functional analysis of the strategies for technological development, priorities  and  instruments  of  industrial  policy United States, China, India, Japan, Germany, Russia. Developed approaches to assessing the effectiveness of high-tech production development in the macroeconomic aspect. Determined that the development of industry technological trends, including the emergence of new sectors of the economy, should be provided with appropriate mechanisms for interaction between government and business.
