National approaches to the formation of corporate culture: lessons for Russia

The entry of Russian companies into the global economic space actualizes the problem of the influence of national and cultural factors on the formation of new economic relations with foreign business partners. The purpose of the undertaken research, whose results are given in this article was a theoretical analysis of the influence of national value systems on the operation of companies and organization management in an emerging system of world economic relations. Using theoretical methods in the analysis of specialized literature and corporate documents revealed the national characteristics of social and cultural values of different countries, serves as a unique determinants of management and organizational structures of international companies; give a meaningful description of the level of culture; to conduct a comparative description of the corporate culture of the leading multinational companies in the world; identify problem areas in the field of corporate governance in Russian companies associated with weakness formed in their corporate culture; offer management solutions aimed at the establishment of Russian posteconomic corporations on the basis of the formation of a strong corporate culture. A critical evaluation of the existing theoretical framework on the development of corporate culture allows you to understand the accumulated international experience of corporate governance and to form an idea of the role and prospects of corporate culture influence on the process of transformation of Russian companies in the socioeconomic system.
