Network business-model of value creation

The article offers a scheme for the analysis of a busi- ness-model of firms in the context of a network approach. The article describes three groups of theoretical approaches that reveal the basic principles of analysis, creation and development of a value chain, a key component of business- modeling. The authors consider developments in firms' un derstanding of their place in the industry value chain. The study of inter-firm relations, distribution of power and au- thority, as well as the analysis of the method of generating and allocating income between participants in the value chain are included in the concept of network business-model.
