Controlling as an instrument of strategic management of the enterprise (on the example of the enterprises of the gas sector)

The article considers the controlling system as an effective tool for increasing the competitiveness and management of industrial enterprises. A grouped comparative analysis of the stages of management development and controlling systems is presented. The concept of a controlling system based on management functions is proposed. The emphasis was placed on the use of the controlling system in industrial enterprises of the gas industry. Identified problems of its implementation, the logic circuit design strategies to manage areas of the gas sector stability, the criteria for strategic directions. It substantiates the role of controlling in solving problems of ungovernability, which allows to come to the solution of problems of reforming the industry.
