The tools of strategic management integration of network partners and customers in innovation process

The article considers the prerequisites and proposes conceptual provisions for the implementation of the strategic management integration of network partners and customers in the innovation process. The author considers the change in the innovative landscape and proves the need to build a business ecosystem as the basis for the formation of an innovation environment around the company to involve innovatively active market participants. As the main management tools, the author proposes a set of innovative strategies and principles for strategic integration management; forms of creating an innovative environment in the form of clusters, value networks and business ecosystems; technological and marketing platforms; tools of strategic management of internal integration, integration of partners, customers and public resources; organizational mechanisms of integration management.
