Entrepreneurship in a changing institutional environment

The article analyzes current factors influencing the post-crisis recovery of the Russian economy, emphasizes the role of the state in the  formation of institutional bases for choosing priorities for economic development. Based on the sociological survey conducted by the actors, the dynamics of the entrepreneurial climate based on the main macroeconomic indicators was revealed. In the article the authors come to the conclusion that the role of the state in shaping the priorities of the national economy does not always take into account the production potential of the business, the conditions for its development and compliance with competitive factors and the world’s newest trends.
