This case consider the real corporate conflict that arose due to the increase of the authorized capital in Shakhta Vorgashorskaya JSC. The case is recommended for discussion in the study groups for students enrolled in undergraduate and graduate programs on disciplines “Strategic Management”, “Corporate Law and Audit”, “Corporate Management”, “Effective Management”.The case aims to attain the following learning outcomes: to analyze of the effectiveness of decisions made by the company's management; to assess of compliance risks in the company; to identify of the main causes of violation of corporate law by the company's management; the identify the causes of corporate conflicts; to develop a strategy to prevent corporate conflicts.
