How to build a network business-model of value chain management in the alcohol market: an example of a regional trading company (case study)

The case study discusses business-modelling problem, which is based on the concept of network business model. The case study is designed for students enrolled in the master's program in "Management". The case study requires that students have some knowledge of strategic management and marketing, relationship marketing and the network approach. The case study considers the company's organizational structure of management, analyzes company's relationships with market counterparties, and describes the financial business-model, network rent’s generation sources as well as the structure of network rent’s distribution in the value chain. Submitted information describes the market condition and the company in the period of 2015-2016 years. With the aim of commercial confidentiality the names of the described companies were changed.
