Implementation of the inclusive growth strategy in Russia: prerequisites, problems and prospects (Regional aspect)

The article studies the problems and prospects for implementing the strategy of inclusive growth in Russia. The disproportions in the development of the regions on the group of the most important indicators characterizing inclusive development and economic security are revealed: GRP per capita, the proportion of the population with incomes below the subsistence minimum, life expectancy of the population, the degree of inequality in the distribution of income (Gini coefficient, fund coefficient, decile coefficient), the unemployment rate in the regions. It has been established that, according to certain parameters, the levels of development of the territory differ by 10 or more times. The author's vision of the need to implement the concept of inclusive growth as a tool to reduce the disparities in regional development is expressed.
