The Assessment of Implementation of the Measures of Eliminating Exceptions and Restrictions Existing on the Eurasian Economic Union Internal Market

The Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union (hereinafter referred to as the Union, the EAEU) declares the main goals of its functioning: creating conditions for the stable development of the economies of the member states conducting the improving the living standards of the population; the intention to form a single market for goods, services, capital and labor sources under the Union; the modernization, cooperation and increasing the competitiveness of national economies. The main principle of the Union's activities is the functioning of the Customs Union without exceptions and restrictions after the end of the transition periods. The aim of this research is to identify and to outline the characteristics and the main obstacles of the internal market of the EAEU that impede the achievement of the goal and implementation of the principles of the Union, and to analyze the implementation of the "roadmap" for elimination obstacles. The initial concept, methodology and research methodology are based on regulatory acts, programmes and forecasts that determine the most important goals, directions and priorities of the socio-economic development of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union. The research results obtained during the working on the article at current and subsequent stages will make it possible to develop the most effective methods of conducting competition policy, to anticipate possible risks of obstacles in mutual trade, to determine the agreed measures of the EAEU member states to increase the volume and increase efficiency of mutual trade. As a result the main obstacles (barriers, exemptions, restrictions) operating in the internal market of the Eurasian Economic Union are identified; the actual practice of elimination obstacles "road maps" are analyzed, as well as the key directions for eliminating exceptions and restrictions are proposed in order to further development of the regional economic integration.
