By submitting the materials of the article for consideration to the Editor, the authors must ensure that the results of the research presented in the submitted manuscript are completely original.
Borrowed fragments or statements must be made with the obligatory indication of the author and the original source. Excessive borrowing, as well as plagiarism in any form, is unethical and unacceptable.
The author should not allow duplication of publications. If some elements of the manuscript have already been published, the author is obliged to refer to an earlier work.
Pitirim Sorokin Syktyvkar state University has only non-exclusive rights to publication. Authors retain copyright for an unlimited period.
The editorial Board of the journal, when considering the article, checks the material with the help of the anti-Plagiarism system. If multiple borrowings are found, the editorial Board will act in accordance with the COPE rules.
Re-publication of the work is possible if the translation of the article is published.
