Abstract. The purpose of the study is to develop an integrated approach to managing the organizational development of industrial enterprises in the context of economic sanctions, which, unlike, provides for ongoing changes in the three subsystems of an industrial enterprise - marketing, production and logistics - in terms of economic and non-economic performance indicators enterprises. Method of work. The authors apply the methods of theoretical research in the form of generalization, comparison and special analytical procedures. Results of the work, scientific contribution, conclusions. The article provides a review of the literature devoted to the problems of change management; modern international sanctions regulation; analysis of the impact of sanctions at the macro level and at the level of individual industries. It proposes a comprehensive approach to managing the organizational development of industrial enterprises under economic sanctions, which is based on the implementation of three management approaches: analytical, involving the use of a system of quantitative and qualitative indicators of the state and development of the external environment of the industrial enterprise; network-based, based on the management and implementation of long-term relationships with partners; action-oriented approach, including methods of expert assessment of potential development opportunities. Scope of the results. The material can be useful both for industrial enterprises to develop their own adaptation mechanism in conditions of high uncertainty, and for government bodies in developing measures to support manufacturing enterprises under sanctions. Directions for future research. An integrated approach to managing the economic development of an enterprise in the context of economic sanctions contributes to the development of the existing methodology for systematic research and mechanisms for adapting organizations to an environment with a high degree of uncertainty and risk. Of particular interest is the results grouping of the changes implementation in the context of functional subsystems, which will allow us to show the synergistic effect of changes in organizational development.
