Diagnosis of risks in project management

The article is devoted to analysis of risks that arise in the design of pipelines in the gas and oil industry. The authors reveal the features of the application of the mathematical apparatus of probability theory to the construction of maps of risks project organization taking into account features of development of projects in the oil and gas industry shows a quantitative assessment of potential risks of the project and its application in project management. The calculation of the probability of occurrence of each risk event and impact of risk events on the project. For example, the project design of the pipeline stage-by-stage formation of a portfolio of risks and determine the impact of each risk on the financial result of the project, and also defined the optimal portfolio of projects that minimises the impact of risks on the net value of the project.
