The scheme of formation of an integrated information model (IIM-RDP) risk management of investment and construction projects (RMC-DP) development of real estate based on BIM-technology. Information Model IIM-RDP has the necessary procedures, which can be used to solve various problems of methodological and practical orientation: the complex analysis of ICP-DP risks; rapid analysis of the production potential bidders in the implementation of intra-tender regulations; assessment to insurance risks through underwriting; risk monitoring during construction.
