Information and consulting ensuring innovative development of agrarian sector of the Northern region

In article the essence, peculiar features of agricultural consultation are considered. Author's definition of service is offered. Social and economic prerequisites of creation of system of agricultural consultation are proved. The place and a role of system of agricultural consultation in development and a transfer of innovations in agrarian sector is shown. Regional features of formation of agrarian consultation in the Komi Republic are investigated. The current state of activity of consulting service is analysed, the factors constraining her development are revealed. For the purpose of increase in coverage of agricultural producers and country people information and consulting service, distribution of innovations is developed for average and small forms of agrarian structures the directions of development of system of agricultural consultation. The scheme of placement and service of the intermunicipal centers of agricultural consultation, their security with experts and financial resources is offered. The priority directions of participation of service of agricultural consultation in development and a transfer of innovations in agrarian production are proved. Results of a research can be used at justification of strategy of innovative development of agrarian sector.
